(Updated October 23, 2025) Now that Canada Post has moved to rotating strikes, we will once again be offering Canada Post shipping as an option for you our valued customers at check out.
However, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for delays or mail not being delivered in your area, as there are active Neighbourhood Mail bans in affect.
Please check before selecting this option to make sure your neighbourhood is in an unaffected area before placing your order, and select Canada Post at your discretion.
Per their own disclaimer:
"The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has moved to rotating strikes and targeted Neighbourhood Mail bans. Canada Post will accept, process and deliver in unaffected areas, but customers will experience delays. For the latest information including areas affected, visit canadapost.ca/negotiations."

Once Canada Post has marked your order “delivered”, we will not be responsible for lost parcels and will not initiate an investigation with Canada Post.

At checkout, select "Kelowna Pickup". Available between 9am and 8pm at 1223 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9V1 (Downtown). Please send payment and wait for notification before picking up your order. We'll message you shortly to coordinate a time. Usually available for same-day pickup!
